Most templates start as a design in PDF or InDesign from one of our design clients. If there is no final design, we can work with the client based on the brand guideline details, or their existing branding as a starting point.
HOW WE WORK
With existing designs we print them out, review them, consider what functionality is needed, and question how we have to build it, and what the end user needs to do with it. We develop the templates with the end user in mind and that sometimes requires the occasional design compromise, where an intended functionality doesn’t fit the way the software works. We work very hard to retain as much of the original design as we can, but make it as easy on the user as possible.
We specialise in:
- Apple Keynote
- Google Slides
- Google Docs
Most designers produce layouts that are destined for ink on paper. That’s great for printing, but it only answers some of the questions for something more interactive, like Word or Keynote. Even the simplest letterhead is more than one page. We estimate the work based on the individual project, and the more detailed the brief, the more accurate we can be with the costs, and how long it will take to produce. We will try to talk you through any aspect of the work, and explain the proposal we make. [It’s a technical subject and some projects can be quite involved.]
- Stationery templates
Letterheads, memos, meeting notes, Agendas, etc. All well behaved and easy to use.
- Promotional and information templates
Fact sheets, menus, case studies, forms, newsletters, email, etc.
- Report and proposal templates
Cover, table of contents, main body and more.
- PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides templates
Users get to build their own presentations from our templates with fully branded, predefined title slides, dividers and prebuilt custom layouts and slides.
- Custom presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides
Designed and built specifically for an event. These often involve very creative use of animation, video and/or a combination of techniques to produce a very high quality result.
